Refund Policies will depend on Service or Product Provided
Helmets Refund Policy...Clients are available to return helmets with a full refund if the return is within 15 days of purchase and is still unused.
Lessons Refund Policy...Clients can ask for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Lessons expire 12 months after date of purchase. If client does not show for lesson, or does not communicate at least 24 hours ahead of lesson time, client will be charged for lesson. All refund exceptions will be approved at the discretion of owner only.
Gift Certificates Refund Policy...Gift Certificates for lessons, helmets, camps, or other services, are good for 12 months after date of purchase. There is no cash value or refund available on Gift Certificates purchased.
Horse Camps – Adult & Kids Refund Policy...If refund is requested, funds may be transferred to lessons schedule, and must be used within one year of purchase date. Funds can also be transferred to another camp, but transfer can only occur once. No cash refunds available. Funds can also be transferred to another participant if client wants to.
Boarding & Transportation Refund Policy...Refunds will be at the discretion of owner only.
Horse Purchases Refund Policy...Refunds will be at the discretion of the owner only.
Birthday Parties Refund Policy...Refunds will be at the discretion of owner only.
Competition Refund Policy...No refunds available for competition fees.
